These Terms and Conditions outline the agreement between you and LoafLuxe Shop (daily-high-heels.com) regarding your use of our website and purchase of our premium footwear and accessories. By accessing our site and making purchases, you agree to these terms.

1. Website Use and Intellectual Property

1.1 Access and Eligibility

Our website and services are available only to individuals who can form legally binding contracts and reside in our shipping regions (excluding select Asian areas and remote locations).

1.2 Intellectual Property Rights

All content on daily-high-heels.com, including designs, text, images, and product names (like “Court Heels” and “Barely There Heels”), are the exclusive property of LoafLuxe Shop. Unauthorized use may violate copyright and trademark laws.

2. Product Information

2.1 Product Descriptions

We meticulously describe our luxury footwear (4″ heels, 6″ heels, ankle boots, etc.) and accessories. While we strive for accuracy, slight variations may occur in color due to screen differences.

2.2 Pricing

All prices are in USD. We reserve the right to adjust prices and correct errors. Discounted items are marked as “clearance” with final sale terms.

3. Ordering and Payment

3.1 Order Process

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We process orders within 1-2 business days and will notify you if items are unavailable.

3.2 Payment Methods

We accept Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal. Payment is processed at order confirmation. You represent that payment information is accurate.

3.3 Order Changes/Cancellations

Requests must be made within 2 hours of ordering by emailing [email protected]. We cannot guarantee changes once processing begins.

4. Shipping Policy

4.1 Shipping Options

• Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL/FedEx (10-15 business days after dispatch)
• Free Shipping: Orders over $50 via EMS (15-25 business days after dispatch)

4.2 Delivery Responsibilities

Once shipped, risk passes to you. Signature may be required. Delays due to customs are beyond our control.

5. Returns and Exchanges

5.1 Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for unworn items in original packaging with all tags. Exceptions:

• “Barely There” heels (hygiene reasons)
• Embellished/Diamanté items (unless faulty)
• Clearance items (all sales final)

5.2 Return Process

Email [email protected] with order details within 15 days. US customers receive prepaid labels; international customers bear return shipping costs.

5.3 Refunds

Processed within 3-5 business days after inspection. Original shipping fees are non-refundable except for faulty items.

6. Customer Responsibilities

• Provide accurate shipping/billing information
• Inspect deliveries promptly
• Follow care instructions for delicate items (e.g., diamanté heels)
• Understand that luxury footwear may require break-in periods

7. Liability Limitations

LoafLuxe Shop is not liable for:

• Consequential damages from product use
• Minor variations in handmade items
• Delivery delays beyond our control
• Improper care of delicate materials

Our total liability is limited to the order value.

8. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes shall be resolved through good faith negotiations. Unresolved matters will be settled in Laurel, MD courts under US law.

9. Policy Changes

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
