Global Shipping with Care
Processing Time: 1-2 business days to prepare your carefully packaged order
Shipping Options:
- Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days after dispatch)
- Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS (15-25 business days after dispatch)
We ship worldwide (excluding select Asian regions and remote areas). Tracking information will be sent to your email once your order is dispatched.
Our Return Promise
Should our luxury footwear not meet your expectations, our returns process is designed with the same elegance as our 6″ block heels. We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items, provided they are in their original condition – unworn, undamaged, and with all protective packaging intact.
Please Note:
- For hygiene reasons, our barely-there heels cannot be returned unless faulty
- Embellished items with delicate diamanté details cannot be returned unless faulty
- All sales of clearance items are final

Exchange Process
For exchanges (subject to availability), simply indicate your desired alternative in your return request. We’ll process your exchange with the same attention to detail as our personal shopping service.
Refund Timeline
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Credit Card/PayPal: Refunds process within 3-5 business days (additional 3-5 days for your bank to post)
- Original Payment Method: Funds return to your Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal account
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable (except for faulty items)
International Returns
For our global clientele (excluding select Asian regions), return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Refunds will be issued in USD. Duties/taxes are non-refundable.
