Our Return Promise
We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items, provided they are in their original condition – unworn, undamaged, and with all protective packaging intact. Like the perfect fit of our 6″ block heels, we aim to make this process seamless.
Please Note: For hygiene reasons, our barely-there heels and embellished items with delicate diamanté details cannot be returned unless faulty. All sales of clearance items are final.

- Wait for Authorization: Our team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions and a prepaid shipping label (for US returns).

Exchange Process
For exchanges (subject to availability), simply indicate your desired alternative in your return request. We’ll process your exchange with the same attention to detail as our personal shopping service.
Refund Timeline
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Credit Card/PayPal: Refunds process within 3-5 business days (additional 3-5 days for your bank to post)
- Original Payment Method: Funds return to your Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal account
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable (except for faulty items)
International Returns
For our global clientele (excluding select Asian regions), return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Refunds will be issued in USD. Duties/taxes are non-refundable.
