We offer a 15-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be unworn, in original packaging with all tags attached. Like our barely-there heels, our return process is designed to be invisible—simply contact us to initiate your return.
Are there any non-returnable items?
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on bodysuits or any worn items. Final sale items (clearly marked) are also excluded from returns.
How long do refunds take to process?
Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 business days for inspection and processing. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. International refunds may take additional time to appear in your account.
Do you offer exchanges?
We currently process exchanges by having you return the original item and place a new order. This ensures you receive fresh stock without additional waiting time. During seasonal sales, we’re happy to place your exchange item on hold while awaiting your return.
